Free Exchanges and Returns Too

Ridgemont offers free shipping on all orders over $50 for delivery within the contiguous United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other islands there is a fixed delivery charge depending on your location and will be added at the checkout stage.

Most orders leave within 48 hours from our warehouse. Due to this short processing time, we will not be able to make amendments to your order once placed. We will deliver your parcel by choosing the most appropriate service depending on your order and your destination but usually with DHL or USPS. We allow 10 days for delivery to all locations but invariably the delivery time is much less.

We do offer priority shipping options which are shown at checkout.

As soon as your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email stating your tracking number so that you can keep an eye on the shipment. If you have not received an email, please check your junk mail as it may have been directed there, if not then please contact Customer Services at support@ridgemontoutfitters.com.

Occasionally we run low on stock of certain styles in our US warehouse. If we have stock in our EU warehouse we may fulfill your order from there at no extra cost to you.

CANADA/MEXICO VIA USPS

Ridgemont uses USPS for all deliveries to Canada/Mexico. We charge a flat US$20 on all orders. Most orders leave within 48 hours from our warehouse. Due to this short processing time, we will not be able to make amendments to your order once placed. Please be aware the you may have to pay customs or import duties once the parcel reaches the country. To avoid any unexpected charges, we advise that you contact your local customs office for a breakdown of these charges before you order. As soon as your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email stating your tracking number and the carrier’s website so that you can keep an eye on the shipment. We have a UK website and warehouse that delivers to the UK & EU. If you are within the EU/UK, then you should be automatically redirected, if not please redirect your browser to www.ridgemontoutfitters.co.uk.
