Our warehouse remains open during the current pandemic but with a skeleton staff. As such Returns & Exchanges are taking longer than normal so please be patient whilst we process them all. Thank you and stay well.
 
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We know how hard it can be buying footwear online - everyone's feet are different and it's super important that you get the right fit for you - especially when you are out on the trail! We want you to have the best Ridgemont experience, as well as correct fitting footwear, so we will happily accept your return of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of the date of purchase.  
 

Exchanges are always free. Please follow this link to receive your return/exchange shipping label.

NOTES
Please return items in a new, unused and unworn condition with all the original packaging and tags still attached. You will not be charged for the cost of exchange shipping provided you use the label provided. Please keep a copy of the return/exchange documentation for tracking purposes.
Returns will be refunded to the original payment method used to purchase the item(s). Please note that a return shipping charge of $10.00 per pair will be deducted from your refund. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an e-mail to confirm a successful return.  
Please note that we do not accept any items with indications that it has been used. In such cases, the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser, and no refund will be issued.
 
LATE/FAULTY RETURNS
For faulty or late returns past the 30 day return period or if you’ve received an item that does not match what you ordered, please contact us on info@ridgemontoutfitters.com. If we have dispatched an incorrect item that was not what you ordered we will cover your returns postage as well as free postage on the replacement item.
