I love living in southern California. It’s almost always sunny and warm, and you can do pretty much any outdoor activity year-round, except those that require rain or snow. Wait, do any outdoor activities require rain? Raindancing? No, that makes rain. Anyway, this time of year is the only time I feel like I’m missing out on the seasons that exist in other places. I miss the crisp air and vibrant colors that fall brings. So, to get us in the fall mood here at Ridgemont, we’re enlisting the help of one of our favorite photographers, and friend of the brand, Sahgia Silva. For the next 5 days Sahgia will be taking over our Instagram feed and filling it with the earthy, saturated tones that only fall (in places other than SoCal) can deliver. To add to the excitement, we’re also issuing a challenge to our friends out there in Insta-land to share your fall colors pics with us. If you post a photo and tag it with #ridgemont_outfitters and #fallcolors14 and if you follow ridgemont_outfitters, you’re photo will be considered. All photos must be posted by Sunday the 19th. Sahgia will pick his favorite photo by Tuesday and the winner will receive a pair of Ridgemont shoes of their choice, and a print of their favorite photo Sahgia posted during his takeover.
