We know how it is, sometimes you just can’t wait for your new Ridgemont Gear to wend its way on the open road to you. Fortunately the guys at UPS know that too and at the checkout you’ll be offered a variety of enhanced services from 2 Day to Next Day Air delivery. It costs a bit but when you’ve got to, you just got to.

CANADA VIA UPS

Ridgemont uses UPS for all deliveries to Canada. We charge a flat US$25 on all orders to Canada. Most orders leave within 48 hours from our warehouse in California. Due to this short processing time, we will not be able to make amendments to your order once placed.Canadian customers may have to pay customs or import duties once the parcel reaches the country. To avoid any unexpected charges, we advise that you contact your local customs office for a breakdown of these charges before you order. As soon as your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email stating your tracking number and the carrier’s website so that you can keep an eye on the shipment. Returns

We know how it can be difficult buying footwear online, everyone's feet are slightly different and it's super important that your footwear fits you correctly, especially when you are out on the trail! We want you to have the best Ridgemont experience and make sure you have the correct fitting footwear, so for all US customers we offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Order a pair, try them on and if you're not happy just pack them up, follow the link in the footer to go to the online returns center and start a return or exchange. Once your return or exchange is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.
